Here is your Vault Keeper Wixwell guide. He is the past fusion we had and he has a crazy kit that may be nerfed in the future but for now, we will use him to his full extent. Wixwell is a Sacred Order Legendary Champion who has the key to unlocking the Clan Boss so you can achieve an easy 1 or 2 key UNM Clan Boss!

Wixwell’s Abilities

Deadbolt

Attacks 1 enemy 2 times. Each hit has a 40% chance of placing a [Provoke] debuff for 1 turn. If the target is a Boss, the chance increases to 80%.

Level 1: Damage +10%

Level 2: Buff/Debuff Chance +10%

Level 3: Damage +10%

Level 4: Buff/Debuff Chance +10%

Multiplier: 1.5*DEF

Tempest of Knowledge

4 Turns

Attacks all enemies. Has a 75% chance of placing a 50% [Decrease ATK] debuff for 2 turns. Also increases the duration of all ally buffs by 1 turn. Then increases the value of all [Shield]s on all allies. The value of each [Shield] is increased proportional to the total number of buffs which had their duration increased.

Level 1: Damage +10%

Level 2: Buff/Debuff Chance +10%

Level 3: Damage +10%

Level 4: Buff/Debuff Chance +15%

Level 5: Cooldown -1

Multiplier: 3.5*DEF

Codex Intercipio

5 Turns

Places 2 [Intercept] stacks on a target ally. Also places a 60% [Increase DEF] buff and a [Shield] buff on all allies for 2 turns. The value of the [Shield] is proportional to this Champion’s DEF.

Level 1: Cooldown -1

Level 2: Cooldown -1

Isolated Lunacy [P]

At the start of each Round, places a [Counterattack] buff on this Champion for 1 turn. This buff cannot be removed. At the end of this Champion’s turn, places a [Counterattack] buff on them for 1 turn.

Why is Wixwell good?

Wixwell is a great Character because of his a2 as it increases the value of the shield on all allies. This makes the shields grow continuously and makes you reach the turn limit. Therefore even low-end players will be able to chuck a Wixwell and 2 Valerie’s into a team and you’ll have an UNM Clan Boss set up ready to go.

If you paired Wixwell with Brogni and Geo your numbers will be crazy as long as you have the right set-up with the 3-turn buff extender.

You don’t need the best items to make this work and the champions don’t need to be the top tier ones that many teams need. You should have most of these or similar replacements to make it work.

This team works really well.

Apothecary is in the team for Turn Meter Fill and Speed Buff along with his healing.
Anchorite is in the team because he does buff extension on a 3 turn cooldown. This is essential so it can be any champion with this skill. He is in a shield set.
Wixwell is the main character in the team with his shield increase.
Hellborn Sprite is here because she increases ally buff duration which keeps the shield buff alive.
Fayne is here for DPS with Decrease Defence and Weaken alongside her Poison damage.
